Dee Yaccino joins me to talk about power dynamics in church partnerships, harnessing social capital, a different approach to short term missions, and what the church in the US can learn from the church in Latin America.
Dee has been involved in transformational cross-cultural ministry for almost 30 years, beginning with community development work in rural Bolivia and continuing with extensive partnership building based in the Dominican Republic. With her husband, Tom, Dee co-directs Del Camino Connection as they create a community of connectors who link churches with the Global Church to leverage our shared spiritual, human, and financial resources in response to Jesus’ mission to make all things new.
